“One of the basic rules of the universe is that nothing is perfect. Perfection simply doesn’t exist…..Without imperfection, neither you nor I would exist” ― Stephen Hawking
Have you ever found yourself self-sabotaging?
Because …it happened to ME this month.
I had a “temper tantrum” with my better half. Unfortunately a lot of his actions discouraging me for several weeks and I preferred to make no comments which ended up make it worst everything.
We may not notice when we make a mistake right away…but it may take just a few minutes or a couple days, sometimes weeks or years.
An important question is: What constitutes a mistake? It could be an action, an expression, or any other kind of personal interaction between friends, couples, or partners. For someone can be just something simple, BUT for the other person it could be something really disrespectful. The key is COMMUNICATION; a lot of times is easiest to say it than make it possible.
Why is self-sabotaging? It’s not just a random…common mistake. It’s a mistake in a personal project that is already on wheels, which resulted in part destruction.
It’s a pattern that is less often in my life but is still there.
