Our social life

Since we are social creatures, we naturally feel a sense of belonging in a community in our lives.

In the past, we belonged to different social circles, including church, a gym, or kindergarten when you were a kid.

We need to interact with others to fulfill one essential social need.

To feel the presence of others around us helps men and women maintain hormonal balance. Just by experiencing someone else’s smile…to speak, even discuss (with the necessary respect) makes our life richer. A good example is the movie Forrest Gump.

The important thing to understand is that in order to maintain healthy connections, it may be best to walk away from a toxic relationship when you see the famous red flags.

Keeping yourself away from toxic relationships may be the best thing to do.

Remember this as a reminder from the heart: “What happens outside is just a reflection of what’s happening in the heart”.

This month, I recommend you create three new social circles.

Attend a spiritual retreat, try out a new gym, join a sports training group (example: Nike Run, Zumba in your area), learn a new skill, join a language or culinary class, and expand your social circle.
